Origin
Processed at a private mill in Hebo village, Kercha Woreda, in the Western Guji Zone by Gemechu Shonora and his brothers. The mill serves smallholder farmers and processes coffee from their own nearby farm. Their father previously worked as a coffee collector for the local union, establishing the family's deep roots in coffee.
Roast
Excels in middle-to-dark roasts where dark berry and cocoa flavors take center stage. City+ brings out fruited flavors and rustic berry notes, while Full City+ develops immense bittersweetness with dark chocolate characteristics. Requires nearly a week of rest for optimal espresso extraction.
